The idea for this blog or site came about because I LOVE to cook, and when I would make something, people wanted recipes. I also like to experiment, and in recent years, I’ve learned to modify recipes so that people with restrictive diets or allergies can enjoy old favorites or new taste sensations.

In recent months, I’ve started canning, and this year (2023) I delved into making sourdough. My sourdough English muffins are a big hit and I really enjoy this new journey.

I hope you will like these recipes, but also, like me, you will explore and experiment and develop your own twists. Feel free to share your journey, also.
