The idea for this blog or site came about because I LOVE to cook and when I would make something, people wanted recipes. Anniversary-2016I also like to experiment and in recent years, I’ve learned to modify recipes so that people with restrictive diets or allergies could enjoy old favorites or new taste sensations.

So, I hope you will like these recipes but also, like me, you will explore and experiment and develop your own twists. Feel free to share your journey also.
